Terms of Service (TOS)

1. General. Hytalyst.com is a fan-made Hytale server list and is not affiliated with Hypixel or Hytale Studios.

2. Use of the service. You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. Abuse or unlawful use is prohibited.

3. Accounts. Login is handled by Discord. You are responsible for securing your account.

4. User content. You are fully responsible for content you publish, including descriptions, images, and links.

5. Permitted content. Content must be lawful, non-offensive, non-NSFW, and must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Moderation. We may edit, hide, or remove content and accounts at our discretion.

7. Payments. Boosts and premium are one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. No refunds after the service is delivered unless required by law.

8. Liability. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor error-free operation.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
